Money, Respect, Pride & Ego
all these going hand in hand... is not a secret, is it? everyone wants money, longs for it and prays for it also. no doubt, everything that you would like to have needs money.... but can you buy respect?
its the point of view of the individual... or should i say the society? which ever way you look at it, you will never find someone who does not have an agenda at the back of their heads. its power game at its best.
the behavioral patterns of the newly rich is very common... they have enormous amounts of ego & pride in them. a feeling of indestructible character... a superman of sorts. i have way to deal with these types of people, i play a sucker... in the power game you need to be a sucker to catch one. they will always have the feeling that they are in control but in reality they are not.... in fact, they would throw their ego tantrums all around you just to get their way. i pity these people all the time, because pride and ego will only get you a mile but by keeping them in check you will go a 1000 miles without any difficulty.
why? there are 2 things which blinds people completely... Money & Love. in both cases, pride & ego shoots up in an individual to a level that they are no longer in control of themselves. to handle this, i ask myself - 'whats in it for them?' you get a different perspective, you see things from the other persons point of view. people are so predictable, after knowing them for a few days you can tell what they would be thinking next or what they would be doing next or how they would react to situations.
always remember... in today's world - trust is for personal profit.
