kicking your habits good bye
the hardest thing to you would have face in life is to stop a habit. for arguments sake, this is a repeated task and one that we love to do.
why does your parents say sleeping during the day is a bad habit while doctors advice ‘beauty sleep’ these days? why is anger considered a bad habit when it is considered one of the biggest motivators a human has ever had?
you become what you eat, you become what you think, your habits make you.
the good habit bad habit thing is both sides of the same coin. you never know if it is good or not, until you benefit from it or are affected by it.
think twice or 10 times before you kick your habits good bye. sometimes, they would turn to your advantage.
