iWatch or i’m Watching you?
There has been rumors of an Apple device called the iWatch and around 100 Product Developers are working on it now.
I am not sure about you but I get uneasy when i am being tracked and sold something on the internet. The ads on google search or facebook seems irritating enough why do i need another area where i being targeted?
iPhone with all its popularity does track you, your behaviour, your habits… sometimes i feel the computer knows more about me than i do. As the devices we use becomes more smarter and ‘cooler’ we are inevitably losing our privacy, we are more exposed and easily traceable than ever before.
Are we using more technology to stay connected or be just cooler than our peers? i believe we are using it for the sake of using technology not because we need it. this effect in our buying patterns only fuels our thoughts towards being more narcissistic which is a shame because when knowledge increases it should improve our sense of being not improve our selfishness.
