The above article in Simon Sinek's Blog is just another continuation of my previous post on Biography... take a read and you will understand why people who say 'I am better than you' are not worth your time.
The reason why people say 'I am better than you' is because they hate losing! This hatred towards losing is a plague that has engulfed every person in this world. Competition is a good thing, it challenges us to offer better services, better products and improve ourselves in the process.
Winning is a good thing but cheating to win is not good at all. I have seen many people in my life who would cheat their way to winning and they will win at that particular situation but they lost me, forever. After many years I would go back to them just to see how they are and how well they are doing... my guess is as good as any... not too well!
Like the saying goes - Bullshit takes you to the top but will not keep you there!
